I gave Garth Brooks' Ghosttunes a whirl today.  I found a deal that you wouldn't believe (no, I don't get a piece of this, unfortunately).

Whether you are a diehard Garth fan or just dipping your toe into the water, you owe it to yourself to check out his new music service, GhostTunes. (But you better do it quickly).

Get this--you can get ALL of his studio albums: Ropin' The Wind, Garth Brooks, No Fences, The Chase, Sevens, In Pieces, Fresh Horses, Scarecrow, and his new album, Man Against Machine for the insane price of $29.95!

I know this sounds like a blatant commercial for the guy, but an amazing deal is an amazing deal.  All you do is set up an account on his website and look for the Garth Brooks Bundle

Listen- the guy is really trying to make music affordable and also to give the artists more of a cut on what gets sold.  I personally think that's a really noble thing to do, so I feel this is the least I can do to support him.

                                               The way GhostTunes works

Once you pay for the album, it instantly becomes available for you in your personal "locker".  The music stays in there, so you can play it off of any device right from the site.

If you prefer, you can straight download the album, but what I noticed is that the music goes right to a folder on your desktop as .mp3 files.  I love that, because you can then load them on any music player - not just iTunes.

If you are interested, go to www.ghosttunes.com to learn more and check out all of the music available (his wife's new greatest hits album is on there too, btw.  Your welcome, Trisha)
