How Much Will It Cost To Move Hoffman’s Playland?

This is an update to a very emotional story - the closing of an iconic "playground".  It could resurface again, but at what cost? 

According to the Times Union.com, it's very possible that Hoffman's could move to the Huck Finn Warehouse location in North Albany.  It's not a cheap undertaking.  It's actually a $1.8 million dollar project, but Huck Finn is reportedly set to receive a grant of $650,000 to help them along.

We hope this comes through.  I can't see going even one summer without this great recreational venue (not that I visit there at this stage of life, but I feel for you parents out there)
