Glens Falls on Tap takes place Saturday, December 6th at the Glens Falls Civic Center. Those that attend this event will get the chance to sample over 100 brews from America’s best craft breweries. There will be over 50 breweries on site for your tasting pleasure. Here are just five of those that will handing out some tasty brews.

    Brooklyn Brewery

    Harpoon Brewery

    Harpoon Brewery was founded in 1986 in Boston, MA - the first company to obtain a permit to manufacture and sell alcohol in Massachusetts in over 25 years. Harpoon has played an important part in the rebirth of the microbrewery system in the United States. The brewery is best known for its India Pale Ale and also brews multiple other year-round beers including Dark, UFO Hefeweizen, UFO Raspberry Hefeweizen, UFO White, Leviathan IPA, Rich & Dan's Rye IPA, and Boston Irish Stout.

    Shiner

    Spoetzl Brewery, the oldest independent brewery in Texas, is the maker of Shiner Bock since 1909, and currently produces nine beers year round and four seasonal brews per year. Their brews are sold in 48 states, with a goal to be in all 50 by the end of 2014.
