Flashback Friday-Billy Ray Cyrus “Could’ve Been Me”

We've come to the end of the week once again, so it's time to break out another blast from the past with this weeks edition of Flashback Friday.

With the news coming out that Billy Ray Cyurs has called off  the divorce from his wife, Tish, I thought I would break out a tune from Mr. Cyrus. We got back to 1992 for this one from Billy Ray's first Album "Some Gave All."

"Could've Been Me" was the follow up to the huge number 1 hit "Achy Breaky Heart". It wasn't nearly as successful as it's predecessor but it did quite well on the country charts reaching #2 in the U.S and #1 in Canada. It's a great story song because I think many of us have thought about the one that got away!
