Earthquake Update–Hydrogen Explosion At Nuclear Plant In Japan
There have been reports of a second explosion at the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear plant. Seven workers are missing and three have been injured.
Authorities have ordered people inside within a 12-mile radius inside following the blast. Journalists from AP felt the explosion 25 miles away. More than 180,000 people have evacuated the area since the earthquake-tsunami.
