Trailer Park

When I saw the casting for "The Amazing Spider-Man" I wasn't too sure. I love Emma Stone but wasn't sure she was right for "Gwen Stacey" and I had never heard of Andrew Garfeild. So when he was cast as "Peter Parker/Spider-Man" I had my concerns, but after the latest trailer I am getting a little geeked up.

This may sound crazy but if any historical figure could of been a vampire hunter my money would of been on "Honest Abe".  16th President and pro wrestler(true story look it up) why not the Van Helsing of the US? So I am a little interested in seeing "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter".

Four big movies hitting the box office this weekend. Channing Tatum, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Denzel Washington lead the way for a star studded weekend.

If there is one movie that my daughter and I are equally excited to see it's "The Avengers". Have I mentioned my kid is as cool as I am a geek? Good news for me and all that love action and super heroes, the extended trailer for "The Avengers".

New movies this weekend look pretty good to me. Daniel Radcliffe begins his post "Harry Potter" life, Drew Barrymore tries to save whales and some dudes get super powers.

I am something of a horror movie Freak. I watch most of them, even the bad ones. It's very rare that I take one look at a trailer and say "No way will I even give that one a shot". "2-Headed Shark Attack" is one of those times.

This week three new movies all with action in The Trailer Park. Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson and Katherine Heigl all go toe to toe in the box office starting today.

Both The CW and ABC have a "Beauty and The Beast" TV show in the works. There is a lot of this going on lately. ABC has "Once Upon A Time" and NBC has "Grimm" both based heavily on Fairy Tales. So it's no shock to me there are two more. Here's where I get a little shocked, CW is doing a more traditional version while ABC is basically remaking the 80's show starring Ro

This may actually be a week with a movie worth seeing. Maybe not in the theaters but on Netflix or Red Box in a week or two. lol Three movies this weekend let's head to the Trailer Park, Shall we?

I tend to avoid awards shows. I just can't sit still through them, but if this "Off The Grid" trailer sets the vibe for the Oscars this year I think I'm in.

This weekend there's something for everyone. You want action "Contraband". You want upbeat and family friendly "Joyful Noise". You want to shut the kids up "Beauty And The Beast 3D".

Kind of a light first week of the year in the theaters but if you like scary movies I may have some worth seeing for you. Two stops in the Trailer Park this week with "The Devil Inside" and "Beneath The Darkness"
