He came! He saw! He left.President Obama caused major traffic delays around the Albany area today which is understandable when you’re trying to protect the most powerful man in the free world. The President spoke very highly about our region and the quality of the workers in the area.

“Here in the tri-city area you’ve got companies like IBM and GlobalFoundries that could have decided to pack up and move elsewhere but they choose to stay in upstate New York because it made sense to build here and to hire here. You had more to offer. You’ve got some of the best workers in the world, an outstanding university. Now I want what happens in Albany to happen all across the country.”

If you didn’t see Air Force One in Albany here’s some video. Thanks for remembering us up here in the state capital Mr. President.
