Veteran Miracle Center Opens In Colonie

There’s a brand new resource center and one stop shop for active duty members and veterans opening at 10 Interstate Avenue in Colonie. It’s called the Veterans Miracle Center, and it’s the first one to open in the country.

The center will be available to provide various things for those that serve and have served for our country, and their immediate family members, free of charge. Some of the items that will be available will be clothes and personal hygiene products, also toys for children and furniture. There will also be counseling services available.

Appointments and referrals will be needed for the store. They will be provided by organizations like the VFW and the American Red cross services to armed forces and the Department Of Veteran Affairs.

According to the story that I saw on News 10 ABC, there are hopes that the Veteran Miracle Center will be expanding across the nation.
