treadmill

Yesterday, the announcer on "The Price Is Right" . . . GEORGE GRAY . . . BIT IT while he was jogging on a treadmill that was a prize in a game called "Most Expensive". He was being goofy by jogging backwards, and it didn't quite work out for him...

You'll go through a range of emotions as you're watching this trending video.  I know I did!  I laughed, I winced, I felt sorrow... and I felt like a lot of these people lacked common sense! Wicker chairs will not hold you up, and don't try to jump on a moving treadmill...

I wasn't sure how to title this article. I could have went with, "What NOT to do at the gym", or maybe, "This guy could run circles around you....in place!". All I know is I'm impressed. Ant that this seems to becoming some sort of "trend".

The past two days I have tried to be very disciplined in forcing myself to go to the gym.  Afterall, after the snowfall comes Spring; after Spring comes summer  -- must prepare.  However, of those two gym days, I have gotten on the same cardio machine, by pure coincidence, while the same fellow gym goer jumped on the cardio machine to my right, at the end of the row.  How does that happen?  Read M
