I love this area in the fall. It's my favorite time of the year. We have adopted one certain tradition that is perfect for us. It doesn't involve picking apples or pumpkins, it's all about doughnuts and witches.

My family Christmas tradition usually involves a surprise. See, my Nana is 84-years old and she lives on her own. She's able to get herself around and do most of the normal stuff, just a little slower than she used to. When my cousin and I noticed that she was starting to put less and less out for Christmas, we knew that was a little out of character.
