The Tobin's First Prize building stood abandoned for years and recently it has been torn down. It took longer than expected because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but now we are getting a clearer picture of what that site will become.

Residents are being asked to shelter in place

Anyone who has ever driven by the Tobin's First Prize building off of Everett Road knows that it is a huge eyesore. Now four years after plans were released for redevelopment, it looks as if demolition could begin soon.
