Locally Sourced Foods Put on 'Josie's Table' in Stuyvesant Plaza
The pandemic forced Provence, a French restaurant inside Stuyvesant Plaza to close. It just wasn't conducive to take-out. So owner, Daniel Darves-Bornoz, decided the time was right for a change. Now a new concept and restaurant will open called Josie's Table.
