Malls all over the country and here in the Capital Region are pivoting to entertainment complexes. There is a local shopping center that is turning part of its mall into a $36 million aquatic center.

The 530,000 plus square foot property currently houses such names as Price Chopper, Target, Lowes, Marshalls and Bed, Bath & Beyond but now that the owner has sold its shopping center for $66 million dollars, what does the future hold?
