Today Hunter Hayes called into the Sean and Richie Show to talk about his concert tomorrow night at the Times Union Center. I know I can't wait and I'm sure you are pretty excited to see him too! If you have not got your tickets yet make sure you do and get to the show because listening to him talk about it , I'm sure you would be sorry if you missed it!

Kathy is one of our most loyal WGNA listeners. We kid her a lot on the air, so I guess it was time for a little "payback". This is a dedication to our very own "Kathy From Ballston Spa".  Of course this was done with the help of some very, very mean listeners who came up with the most difficult list  of words in the English language to be included in her tribute...

The election for morning show President is still going strong.  The votes are pouring in (a slight exaggeration, but it's still very thrilling).  But don't take my word for it… we've hired a correspondent who will now give you an exciting almost live update from the convention floor

Hello my very good friends, it's me, Sean. I am writing this to ask you for your vote as I am running for the President of the WGNA morning show. I feel like I am at a bit of a disadvantage as I am sort of the "incumbent" in this election but I am willing to put my track record on the line and am confident that you will find that I have represented you well throughout the last 16 years.

One of the perks for Bethany, Richie and me get for getting up early everyday to wake up the Capital District is getting to talk to some of our favorite country music stars. Lady Antebellum more than qualify as a favorite for all of us! Today we were lucky enough to get a call from all three of them as they are celebrating the release of their latest album, "747".

There is a story that came out of Schenectady this week that has gone completely viral. My wife had told me about it a couple of days ago and this morning I woke up to find it was the No. 1 trending story on Facebook! So I had to reach out to Draven Rodriguez who started it all with a simple yearbook picture of him and his cat, Mr. Bigglesworth, and some pretty cool lasers.
