I was scrolling through my Facebook feed the other night and I saw some amazing pictures from the Rio Olympics. The pictures were posted by a guy I went to High School with named Patrick Davin. I thought man how cool is that? My first thought was I should contact him and see if he wants to come on the air with us and talk about the games, graciously, he agreed.

If you didn't know, Burnt Hills graduate Nick Delpopolo was vying for a bronze medal earlier today but sadly came up on the losing end.

When I was a little girl, I used to love to watch the Olympics on TV in my living room with my whole family. I used to dream of being good enough at any sport to make it to the world's stage! And now that I'm a grown up, I still love watching the incredible athletes. And this year more than 10,500 athletes from 206 countries are competing.
