Saturday was a busy day for me, so for myself, I headed for a bit of relaxation in between my events. One of my favorite places to be is Peebles Island in Waterford. It's basically right in my backyard yet feels like a faraway land considering it's city like surroundings.

I should start by saying that this video you are about to watch is "Not Safe For Work" due to language but I can also say that it is damn funny. While I am pretty sure that is primarily what it is meant to be , comedy, I also actually think it works. After watching this video and doing what it instructed me to do , I really did feel a little more relaxed.
