Buffalo reacts to local radio host being fired over racist comments.

Chris Young was supposed to be at SPAC this weekend, so we're going to create the concert for you on your radio.

A listener named Tyson left this message for us on Facebook Tuesday morning, presumably after hearing portions of our show on Monday after a weekend filled with more heartbreaking tragedy and mass killings in El Paso and Dayton: "Maybe Brian and Chrissy could keep their gun control crap and politics talk off the radio !!! If I wanted to hear politics in the morning I’d watch CNN thank you.&qu

The other morning while messing around with some sound effects in the studio, I played a few random noises for just us to listen to .  Immediately, Jess started freaking out and quite frankly, I thought she was joking.  Turns out, I was playing some audio that I personally couldn't hear, but she could.  And it was driving her crazy.  Do you hear this annoying frequency?

When you're as productive and interesting as me and Jordan are, you really never have an issue finding something interesting to do. In this case we decided we were going to try to tell the Capital Region about all our awesome stories by starting our own radio show.

I mean, I've done everything from the normal on-air broadcast to broadcasting live from a Subaru; I've had broadcasts where the only working microphone was the one in the laptop, I've had to record on-air breaks on my cell phone as a voice memo in the middle of a lightening storm and the list goes

Every person that works on the air here at WGNA is fully aware that listeners come and go all the time. It's kind of like that Facebook friend you didn't know unfriended you until they send you a new friend request one day. What I don't think everyone knows though is that we care, we care about all of our listeners as a group and really each and every one individually...

I don't tell this story to receive praise or to make me seem better than anyone else in the world, in fact the reason I wanted to share this moment with you is quite the opposite. I tell this story to remind everyone that every time we interact with another person we could potentially be making a real and lasting  impact on their life...

Brittany and Jason are my new favorite couple! She posted a video of the couple in the car driving around over the weekend and it's so cute. On one hand they're just like us, singing along to the radio, bickering about who should drive.....

Halloween is oddly enough one of the most difficult holidays for me for some reason. I can get creative in every other aspect of anything. But coming up with a costume idea and pulling it off ain't easy!
