The last full moon of 2022 will be quite the spectacle not just for its brightness but it has company in the December sky. In a certain part of New York state, you can also see the moon block out one of the planets. It all starts tonight (Wednesday, Dec 7th).

There have been some cool sightings in the night sky throughout 2020. There is one left that we can see in December and it hasn't been seen this close since the Middle Ages. Here are the details.

There are some cool things to look for in the pre-dawn and night sky this month without using a telescope. Here's how you can see five planets this month.

This weekend, you can look up to the night sky and be able to see five planets and the moon without a telescope. You may have to set your alarm to catch it. If you don't catch it, you will have to wait two years for the next time.

Make sure you look up at the night sky this weekend for a pretty cool sight. You will be able to see the moon and two planets clearly.

No matter where you are in the Albany area , look up to the sky.
