3-year-old Charley Pierce is still in a local hospital after she was severely attacked by her uncle's two pit bulls on Friday night in Schenectady.  As a result, her uncle is facing multiple charges.

Pit Bulls get bad press a lot of the time because they tend to be the breed that a lot of people utilize to protect themselves. Some owners take advantage of their underlying aggression and instead of getting them trained to control it, they push them to be more angry. That's why I was so excited to see that the first pit bull was named a police officer in New York State. I can't believe this happ

We all know it, Pit Bulls get a lot of flack. It seems people are always sharing stories about Pitt Bulls that attack but what many don't realize is how loving and maternal these wonderful dogs are. This Pit Bull, "Pitty" is a perfect example.

A mail carrier who was on Plymouth Avenue in Schenectady about 2:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon, was attacked and bitten numerous times by two pit bulls.

UPDATE at 9:25 a.m. James Seror was still in Albany Medical Center Hospital as of Friday June 15, 2012, from having over 100 dog bites from two dogs that got loose. They were owned by his his brother and sister-in-law.

A man from Pittstown, in Rensselaer County is being treated for dog bites, after he was bitten more than 100 times by a dog.
