What's going on in the city of Albany?  Violence is up, residents are angry, local leaders are blasting each other on social media, and nothing is getting resolved. I live in Albany, I love Albany, and I'm trying to help raise my 3 year old son here.  I don't like what's going on.  Someone recently asked me if I feel unsafe living in Albany.  I wouldn't say that, but I would say I feel uncomfortab

Crime is on the rise in Albany and business owners and some residents will tell you that safety is becoming a big problem in our capital city.  I've lived in Albany the majority of my life and I rarely, if ever, feel threatened.  Clearly though, I'm in the minority. Does Albany feel unsafe to you?

There was a push by local officials and movie goers alike to try and pass a law to allow movie theaters to serve alcohol at the movies. Well it looks like it may not happen.

This is a big issue in the city of Albany.  I wanted to know what you Albanians (and others) feel about this...
