Renee in Cobleskill emailed the show hoping that Love Cowboy could give her some advice on how to get her man to help out around the house.  She claims her hard-working Monday thru Friday hubby, crashes on the weekends and doesn't do jack squat.  The LC steps up, offering some advice on how to deal with Hubby No-Help!

I love going out to eat in the Capital Region but sometimes, I'll admit, I'm really lazy. I just want food to show up at my house and now there's a new way to embrace your lazy side.

There are a couple of Capital Region towns on the new list of Laziest Towns in New York by Zippia.com. They took data from 170 places in New York with over 5,000 people, and they ranked each place from 1 to 170 for each of the criteria with 1 being the “laziest”...

So what if I wear my running pants to the grocery store? Who cares if I wear yoga pants to work sometimes? It's totally normal, right?

Am I lazy?  Probably.  Not as bad as some,  I'm sure.  I do know I have two speeds, go and nope.  I dropped a pen the other day and literally sighed and thought " Ugh, I really don't want to bend down and pick that up. Could it have fallen any further away from me? Jeesh."
