The state of New Jersey would like to be known for its beautiful beaches that bring the Atlantic Ocean to life for millions each year. However, that wasn't the "Jersey Shore" that the New York Jets brand-new starting quarterback was referring to when he spoke to the media on Tuesday.

When did the Capital Region become the next Hollywood? Or even New York City? It seems as if in the last couple of days we've been bombarded with filmings and potential filmings in the area, here's a breakdown of all of what I found.

First, it was Marvel's The Punisher season two coming to Albany but now there's a rumor floating around about another very popular television show coming to the area and this time there's evidence!

So the producers of "Jersey Shore" have come out with a brand new show on CMT called "Party Down South".  I do remember seeing a commercial for it at one point but I totally forgot that it would be debuting last night on the network. This morning, more than one person on my Facebook feed have said that they LOVE IT.

The start of a new week. I usually like Mondays just for the fact that giving us a whole weekend we can usually find something to joke about in the morning monologue. Today was no exception, such a wide array of topics to joke about. I'll let you hear it in a minute but let's first take a look at what we covered...

Here we are at Thursday already. I know there have been a few days where I missed getting the morning monologue up but it has been a very busy week. I'm not sure anyone really noticed though, not good.

Sad news on today's "View From The Couch" more delays for the Jersey Shore in Italy and more importantly Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have split.

On today's 'View From The Couch" Hines Ward from the Pittsburgh Steelers and "Dancing With The Stars" earns my respect. Plus I am impressed by Italy and the way they are preparing for the "Jersey Shore" invasion. The Italian's are proud and refuse to be lumped in with the jokes from the shore...

I know many people took the cancellation of 'One Life to Live" and 'As The World Turns' very tough but to change the way your company does buisness. Someone tell that to the people of Hoover.   Also the Mayor of Florence has some ground rules before he'll allow the "people" of 'Jersey Shore' film in his city...
