Lose that pollen!

Another year has come and gone in the Capital Region and while we see store and restaurants closing and opening it had me reflecting on some of the fun things that once were. I did a little digging and I happened upon

This morning on The Sean and Bethany Show we took your calls to help us make a list of all of the different things that people must do in the Capital Region. Growing up in the Capital Region in the '80s and '90s was awesome! I had some favorite places that I used to always love to go back to. Maybe some of yours are on my list?!

If you are headed to Latham via Rt. 9 this weekend, be prepared for heavy traffic! This weekend will end with the closing of Hofman's Playland.  The playland has been a staple in the Capital Region for 62 years! The parking lot will be packed, the lines will be long, but the fun will last all day and the memories for a life time...

Summer may be coming to an end, but there is still time to get these 5 things in before we say goodbye to the sunshine and heat!  Trust me, I did them and you will love them!
