Every morning at 8:10, 'The Sean and Richie Show" does a feature called "The Good News." Let's face it, the world is full of bad news and catastrophes and the media is falling all over itself to bring it to you. Really, just watching the news every night could lead you to depression. So as I like to say on the show everyday, that is why we bring you now... "The Good News."

A Philadelphia firefighter pulled a Superman-worthy stunt when he risked his own life rescuing a woman from a burning building, but his heroics extended far beyond that moment.

More controversy is a'brewing at MSNBC.  A news anchor, Chris Hayes raised a question.  Everybody has a right to state their point of view of course.  But my question to you is - do you agree with his point?  Here's the video clip

Having discovered that today has been set aside to honor unsung heroes, I thought I'd tell you about one I just read about. Keep in mind I think heroes come in all shapes and sizes and to me, they don't have to do something extraordinarily heroic like run into a burning building to save a cat. I think the unsung heroes who do something special  in their day to day lives to improve the life of thei
