Finally!  We've been thinking it's coming soon, but up until this morning, no official announcement had been made.  Then, moments ago, Garth Brooks announced to Robin Roberts on Good Morning America, that he will indeed launch a World Tour...

Garth Brooks is planning his first studio album release since 2003! He's also planning a major world tour and a television special that will be directed by none other than Martin Scorsese! No details have been released on the project, but there is speculation that this would be a solo project for Brooks, with a possible duet track with his wife, Trisha Yearwood...
