Food Pantries of the Capital District

The weather is getting better but sometimes it's hard to find great things to do with your kids. For the next couple of weeks, it's not only a great destination but a learning experience.

We are underway with the Capital Region High School Hunger Games. Last week I was fortunate enough to stop by Shenendehowa High School before Senior Night of their football game.

10 local high schools are competing to win a free show from LANco, and more importantly all 10 are teaming up for a great cause.

This October several Capital Region High schools will see who can raise the most food for the Food Pantries if the Capital District. While one school may win, in the end everybody wins.
