In my attempt to stop being a big fat fatty (yes that is a medical term) I have decided to run/walk in the Albany Rowing Centers Ice Breaker Challenge. I know a 5K isn't the biggest step towards fitness but it's the first for me and I'm equal parts excited and nervous.
