Capital Region's 2nd Cannabis Dispensary to Open in Rensselaer
Cannabis dispensaries are slowly opening all over New York State. After the first one, Upstate Canna Co, opened earlier this month on Upper Union Street in Schenectady, the second dispensary will be opening in the Captial Region soon.
