I love this family, and I don't even know them!  I just know that their baby wakes up smiling and dancing every morning! They play a Bruno Mars song every morning to wake him up - watch... One morning they tried Pharrell's "Happy"... Tell me he's not the cutest thing ever...

This may bring "twerking" to a whole new level. I don't know if you have seen this video yet but it is making the rounds on the Internet today. I have to be honest, I can't tell if this guy is on drugs, mentally disabled or just really, really loves his Willie Nelson. I wasn't sure how to title this article. I could have went with, "What NOT to do at the gym", or maybe, "This guy could run circles around you....in place!". All I know is I'm impressed. Ant that this seems to becoming some sort of "trend".

The City of Albany has put the "kabosh" to dance parties at the Washington Avenue Armory after a recent one got way out of control.

We already know that Country Line Dancing is still popular in the Albany, New York Area, but did you know that ballroom dancing is also seeing a big boost amongst the younger generation?

You have to love YouTube! You never know what you're gonna find on there. I was cruising through the site earlier today and found this great video someone posted from one of the Disney Theme Parks. It shows Tigger, Eeyore and Winnie The Pooh getting down and showing off some pretty fancy dance moves!
