They say nothing good happens past 2am.

The Buffalo Bills are in the second round of the NFL playoffs but don't expect to go out to your favorite bar in the Capital Region to watch the game Saturday night. The 10 pm curfew in New York state is still in effect so you won't be able to watch the entire game at a bar or restaurant.

On Friday afternoon, the city of Watervliet declared a State of Emergency with a curfew that will begin on Sunday evening extending into Monday.  This comes as a result of a threat deemed credible enough to compromise the safety of its citizens.

It's one thing to have a curfew from your parents but can you imagine having a curfew from your board? That's what two Capital Region areas may be facing in the coming months.

The bar owners are going crazy in downtown Albany.  They have some new rules and regulations now that are not sitting too well with bar owners, and maybe you out there.  Just wondering what side of the bar you're on with this issue?
