We are experiencing an extremely dangerous heat index this weekend and to make sure communities can keep cool, a lot of cities and towns are extending pool hours and adding cooling stations.

It's September but that doesn't mean the heat is going away any time soon. We are in for another heat wave this week and one Capital Region city is setting up cooling stations to help their residents.
