With baseball back and our son Ryan playing nearly every other night, we had a double-header this past weekend. Ryan loves to play and on Saturday we were at the baseball field for seven hours. He had a great couple of games including an in-the-parker home run.

We are so happy that baseball is back in our lives. Ryan is back on the field and that means that I tend to get a bit vocal. We had a doubleheader over the weekend and The Big League Chooch was out in full force, with a mask on of course.

We finally got some good news about Little League baseball. It looks like they will have a season after all. But there are some serious safety rules that the boys need to know before they hit the field. Listen as the sometimes obnoxious and overbearing Big League Chooch quizzes the little leaguers.

We are really missing sports and I am missing cheering on my son, Ryan. Now there is a glimmer of hope that he may be playing baseball this summer. So I took him outside to do a few drills with him.

We are in day thirty-something of the lockdown and we are all missing sports. My son, Ryan, is a very active athlete and I am really missing him on the field. I also enjoy cheering him on. I have had to find other ways. This time we go fishing.

It was a rare weekend when Ryan didn't have any sports, so I and his Uncle Joey took him to the driving range. While his Uncle gave him instructions, I did what I always do, I cheered loudly at every swing of the club.

This week's installment of "Big League Chooch" is from Ryan's flag football game. A funny thing happened when we played it back this week. Jess admitted that she takes a certain headache medication to cope with "The Chooch".

Flag football season is in full swing and I love going to Ryan's games. I am his biggest fan, but also the loudest. Some may think it's obnoxious but I love cheering him on as loud as I can.
