They're BACK!  Our favorite shows are coming back and I'm so excited!

We've known for some time now that 'The Colbert Report' would say goodbye as Stephen moves on to bigger and better things at CBS' 'Late Show,' but we at last have a departure point. Comedy Central has officially scheduled the last 'Colbert Report' for mid December, but when can we run screaming at the gates to say goodbye?

"Chelsea Lately" has been a staple on E! since July, 2007, but now there's word that the show's host, Chelsea Handler is leaving. Her final show will be an hour long special on August 26, 2014.  The network will run new episodes nightly until the finale...

And, while sources say Ferguson didn't have his eye on Letterman's seat, he did have a clause written into his contract that said if he got passed over for the Late Show job, he'd receive a pay out...

This is some really great news. When David Letterman announced just a week ago that he would indeed be retiring and stepping down from "The Late Show" the rumors and conjecture about who might take his slot began. Of all the names that were thrown around, Stephen Colbert came up the most, and now we know why.

Lindsey Lohan was on "Letterman" last night . . . and during her interview, she and Dave prank called OPRAH WINFREY. Oprah is Lindsey's boss now, as Lindsay has a docu-series on OWN. It wasn't much of a "prank call," but Dave did pretend to be Lindsay's secretary at first...

If you watched the ACMs, you couldn't help but notice that Rascal Flatts performed with a voice track.  And while they made a tiny effort to "sing along" for the most part, they were pretty much just waving the microphones and guitars around for show...

Multiple sources close to the couple are confirming that the couple, made famous by "That '70's Show" is engaged and expecting their first baby! Sources told several news outlets that the couple are thrilled by the news!  They haven't begun planning the wedding yet, and there is no word yet on when Mila is due...

One of my favorite guilty pleasures of Summer is "Big Brother" on CBS. I don't know what it is but I love that show. All the drama starts Wednesday the 26th.
