Bolton Landing

Add another television show filming in and around the Capital Region. This time cast and crew are in the North Country ready to film season six of "Billions" on Showtime. If you are interested you have a chance to be cast as an extra. They are looking for locals in the Bolton Landing area.

It is very difficult to find people to work since the pandemic so a local brewery has come up with a clever idea to let beer lovers know they are hiring. Bolton Landing Brewery has produced a New England-style IPA that they cleverly call "Help Wanted". They are hoping it will get in the hands of those looking for work at the brewery.

This Lake George lakefront log home is on the market for $1.8 million. It is set in the woods with 153 feet of North West Bay lakefront. There is a large great room with a stone fireplace and glass windows that overlook Lake George and the Adirondack mountains. The wrap-around deck has a tram to take you to the shorefront and boathouse. There are a sundeck and a beach area for swimming. The royal wedding was everything a few weeks ago, little did we know a local man was in the middle of the whole thing pretending to be something he's not.

I love ice cream, the only thing better is free ice cream and Ben & Jerry's have announced their annual "Free Cone Day 2018!"

I'm actually in the process of closing on a house so I don't really have any reason to look at listings but sometimes it's fun to look and see how other people live. Especially when the house is this expensive, local, and is a castle.
