Schenectady's newest public works project is one-of-a-kind

There were remains of at least two dogs found near a bike path in Rensselaer County. Police said the dogs were tested and they had a viral disease. They are trying to find who dumped these dogs.

While most people (myself included) have worn out a path from the bed, to the couch, to the kitchen and then back to the bed again, A 19-year-old Albany resident blazed a different path last week and it caught my eye.  While I was plotting my next milk shake flavor combination, Harvard freshman Adam Aleksic plotted out a bike bath through the streets of Albany that actually spelled out 'ALBANY'.
