UPDATE: 9/26/2012 @12N: YNN has reported that the dogs tested positive for Parvo, a neurological disorder which they couldn't treat. The surviving two puppies had to be put to sleep. So very sad.

Updated February 5 at 11:40 a.m. – New York State Police received numerous calls about the person that was involved with the dog that had it's paws and mouth duct taped.
