Repurposing Of A Local Warehouse Building

I always like to hear about how a building that’s empty is going to be repurposed. This is about to happen to a building in Albany’s warehouse district. This is one of those buildings that we’ve all driven past at one time or another. When you hear or see stuff like this, you might say something like “hey, I know that building”. Something that you may have not have given much thought about. It’s the former LexisNexis building (and former Matthew Bender building) at 1275 Broadway. Albany Medical Center recently bought the building.

According to the story from WNYT, they will be moving more than 350 warehouse and financial employees from their Albany and Delmar offices.
