With Father's Day coming on the Sunday June 17th it's important to get a good idea on how to pamper dad. Lucky for you we had Chef Michael Ollier from Certified Angus Beef in studio this morning.

Chef fired up his "Cowboy Steaks" bone in rib eyes. They were great! As he put it, salt and pepper at high heat then let them stand for about five minutes after you take them off the grill. Check out all the Chef's tips here.
