Marie Curie Institute’s ‘Compassionate Kids Song’ – Reading, Writing and Rhyming [VIDEO]

This is such an interesting little school with very creative kids.  I had an absolute blast helping these students create a Christmas song parody ( although they didn't need much assistance from me - they did fine by themselves, thank you very much). Results below.

Mrs. Farrington's 5th grade kids were ready to rock and roll when I got in there.  They already had thoughts put on the smart board which really streamlined the process.

They took the classic "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" and reworked it to talk about their big initiative there - being compassionate!

It came out so well that I really think they could use this as a jingle for something.  Hopefully they will spread this around to all their friends.  Man, we sure could use more compassion in this world, and this is surely the time of year to get the word out!
