Disgraced Ex-MLBer Challenges New York Yankees’ Star to Contest [WATCH]
Jose Canseco played 17 seasons in Major League Baseball, a career which included 37 games with the New York Yankees. During the late '80s and early '90s, he was one of the most feared power hitters in baseball, eclipsing 40 home runs twice during that span.
He last stepped foot on a Major League Baseball field in 2001, as a member of the Chicago White Sox. Now, at 60 years old, Canseco is still convinced that he is one of the most dominant hitters on the planet, and he's prepared to put his money where his mouth is to prove it.
Canseco and co-host @theloopyblogger_ recently launched a new show, called the Off My Chest Sports Show. As part of the debut episode, the retired slugger brandished a wad of cash, looked directly into the camera, and made an unusual offer to one of baseball's best hitters in present-day.
Take a look:
Canseco has laid down the gauntlet: he believes he can hit a softball further than Aaron Judge, captain of the CURRENT New York Yankees, can hit a baseball.
Admittedly, I'm conflicted by this. Should I be laughing at the insanity that this video shows? Or, should I be pitying Jose Canseco for committing so heavily to an idea that would never happen?

Maybe, I should consider a third option. Perhaps I should simply root for this challenge to become reality, so we can all watch Aaron Judge absolutely demolish Jose Canseco, and walk away with $250,000 for his troubles.
Alright, it's settled: we should all root for this. Say yes, Aaron!
