It’s hard to believe that country music legend Conway Twitty passed away in 1993 on June 5. It was one of those things that you remember where you were when you heard the news of his death. I was at a WGNA Live On Location appearance for the Catskill Game Farm. Anytime I hear about a legend passing away, it always puts a bit of sadness in my mood, but also reminds me of some of the songs they were known for. Kevin Richards is featuring some of Conway Twitty’s music and memories, which you can listen to on the Classic Country Hall Of Fame.

One of Conway’s big hits was from 1958. It crossed over to the top 40 charts, called “It’s Only Make Believe.” Of course, he’s had many hits between then and his death. One of his all time classics is “Hello Darlin.”

I know a lot of people love Conway Twitty. What is your favorite Conway song?
