Spreading Joy! Holiday Train Stops in Mechanicville-Take a Look!
It had been three years since the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train rolled through the Capital Region. It made three stops; Mechanicville, Saratoga Springs, and Fort Edward. The first was Mechanicville on a rainy Sunday night. This is where I enjoyed the festive holiday train. They are traveling across the country to 106 stops. At each stop, they play live music and collect donations for the local food banks. Country Artist Lindsay Ell was the musical entertainment and she was awesome. The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train also presented the Mechanicville Community Center with a check for $3500 to help restock the food bank. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, a couple of hundred families joined the fun.

Buffalo Bills Star Sells Sprawling NY Home & Retires from NFL
Former Buffalo Bills star, Cole Beasley left the team and was planning on playing with Tom Brady in Tampa but after a week, he decided to retire. He wants to spend more time being a dad. When he left the Bills, he put his Orchard Park home on the market. It sold on October 17th for $1.2 million. Check out this sprawling estate that the former Buffalo Bills wide receiver used to live in. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, a three-and-a-half car heated garage, and sits on 4.6 acres. It also has stunning American Hickory Hand Dressed Engineered Floors. The home is nearly seven thousand square feet. It's pretty modest for an NFL player if you ask me.

Did You Know? A rock legend recently explained how he was inspired to write one of the biggest 80's rock songs after he was caught speeding in Upstate NY while on his way from Albany Airport to Lake Placid for a show. Thinking that the speed limit back in the 1980s was 65 MPH, this lead-footed rocker gassed it up to 62 MPH, only to get pulled over.  Here's the rest of the story: The Lyrics "I
