It’s true! Rejoice! Let’s all start singing “99 Bottles Of Beer On The Wall”! Beer, according to the latest study, could possibly have as many health benefits as wine!According to Newser.com:
The study of 1,249 men and women older than 57 found that those who drank beer regularly and moderately—think small glass instead of a pint—had a lower risk of diabetes and high blood pressure.
They also boasted lower body fat.”
It even has alot of vitamins!
So how does that explain “beer gut” syndrome, you may ask? Well, the study goes on, according to Newser.com:
…At least in Britain, those come from drinking “large quantities, almost without moving from one spot, while eating chips and sausages.”
