You have seen the late night work-out commercials saying things like, "Just 20 minutes a day" or something like that, and you too can look and feel this good. I'm like "20 minutes?...  that's quality nap time baby!"

Well if you are like me and you just can't seem to find the time to exercise with all the TV and Facebook commitments you have already made, you are in luck.

According to a new study out of Norway you only need to exercise "vigorously" for 4 minutes a day, 3 days a week to significantly improve your health.  In the study, they had people work out vigorously for 4 minutes, like sprinting on a treadmill and they showed substantial benefits to their health.

The researchers said, "This data suggests it may be possible to reduce cardiovascular mortality with substantially less exercise than is generally recommended, provide it is performed in a VIGOROUS manner".

Now, I just need to think of something I actually like to do about three times a week that can be performed for 4 minutes vigorously, hmmm I wonder if you can get away with 2 minutes if it's 6 times a week.
