Cara Delevingne, star of the new film Paper Towns was doing her press tour the other day and was patched into Good Day Sacramento when things got a little rough.

First of all, let me just say, as a person who does several interviews for a living, you definitely win some, and you for sure lose some.  That being said, this one was particularly bad.

The female host starts off by getting Cara's name wrong.  Ummmmm... this would be interview prep 101.  How do you think the rest is going to go?

Then they proceed to ask her awkward, semi-insulting questions like "Did you read the book to prepare for the movie" and she answers them in a sarcastic, dry way.  You really can't blame her there.

But there is never a break in the tension, and it actually just escalates.  You want to stop watching but you can't!

Cara really could have tried a little harder not to be so bitchy, but Good Day Sacramento was, overall, super snarky and kinda rude.

I'm gonna side with Cara on this one.  She's young, and doesn't have the kind of interview experience that a seasoned actress like Sandra Bullock or Meryl Streep has to handle situations like this with grace.  And, the folks at Good Day Sacramento also seemed irritated by the interview and were ill-prepared.  They should have the experience necessary to sit in those chairs and be able to make something out of that interview.

For goodness sake, ask her what her favorite thing to eat on set was, or did she get to keep any of the wardrobe, or something!  Don't just keep making it weird!

What do you think?
