According to the GMA official rules page they'll need you to submit a 200 word essay describing what makes your block special, how you throw the ultimate block party, and why GMA and Dierks Bentley should help throw your next block party. You must also submit a Photo or a short Video by following the instructions on the submission page for the appropriate and acceptable file formats.
