Today Burger King will drop a new kind of fry into the oil - a "better for you" french fry.

They're call "Satisfries" and they promise to have 30% less fat and 20% fewer calories than BK's current fries. (And 40% less fat and 30% fewer calories than McDonald's fries.)

A small serving of BK's Satisfries weighs in at 270 calories and 11 grams of fat vs. 340 calories and 15 grams of fat for a small serving of its classic fries.

But nutritionists are concerned that people might get the wrong idea about these new fries.  You're supposed to reap the benefit of the lower calories and lower fat, not eat twice as many!

Oh, there's a catch, they will cost about 20-30 cents more than the old version, except for kids meals, which won't cost any more.

So, have you tried the new fries yet?  Lunch is just around the corner!  Let me know what you think!
