You knew it would happen sooner or later.  As soon as you heard the story of Julian Assange and Wikileaks, you probably said to yourself “sounds like something you’d see in the movies”.  Be careful what you wish for…

Introducing WIKILEAKS the motion picture!

It’s basically the screen adaptation of the forthcoming biography about the looney leaker, entitled  “The Most Dangerous Man In The World”

According to the Guardian:

"Producers Barry Josephson and Michelle Krumm, who have optioned The Most Dangerous Man in the World, say they are planning a "suspenseful drama" in the vein of All the President's Men and with the thrill of a Tom Clancy novel."

I guess he’s got an advance on the book which he plans to use towards his legal costs in his upcoming trial.      COMMENTARY:   This is a bunch of crap!!!  Someone who allegedly  has left this country completely vulnerable by exposing his secrets has the guts (I was going to say something else) to attempt to make money off the very people he’s possibly put in danger-to pay his legal fees!   This is an amazing country.   I love it, don’t get me wrong.  I wouldn’t even think of living anywhere else.  But it almost seems like it’s now a prerequisite that you HAVE to do something terribly wrong or perverse to become famous, get a movie deal,  or star in a reality show.  The worst act you’re guilty of, the better.   I guess it’s nothing new.  When a President gets assassinated, usually the killer’s memorabilia is worth more than the one he murders.  That's just the way it is.  But It bugs me that good deeds continue to go unnoticed. They’re boring to read about, and you’ll never get rich doing them.   (wow-I’m in a bad mood tonite.  I better stop while I’m ahead!!!)

(I wonder who's gonna play Julian.  How bout someone upstanding, like Charlie Sheen? )
