What Should I DO About My Neighbor’s Strange Behavior? – Daily Dilemma [POLL]

Here is today's daily dilemma:

I have been a Home Owner for 16 years and have had the same neighbors for most of this time. Recently I have noticed that the woman who I share a backyard with has been screaming violently at her husband. It is always at weird hours of the night and morning. The last time this happened the screaming woke me up out of a sound sleep.

These are not fights between her and her husband because I only hear her voice and it keeps getting worse and worse. I am concerned on how to act because she has young children in the house and she sounds unstable.  My husband says that I am meddling and I am confused on my role as her neighbor.
