What Capital Region Bar Has the Best Beer Selection? [SURVEY]

Do you love craft beer? What area bar do you think has the best beer selection? 

There is nothing I love more than walking into a great watering hole with great people, and an endless row of beer taps. I mean, who doesn't love to sample some great craft beers?

Since I am new to the area, I still need to learn what bars have the best beer selection. Who has oddball offerings on tap, along with all the great NY state craft beers? And which ones have a great atmosphere as well!
